含氯消毒剂的应用和环境毒性特点

摘要:

含氯消毒剂是一类毒性低、杀菌效率高、价格低、被广泛使用的高效消毒剂,在控制病原微生物污染和传播等方面有着重要作用。近期新型冠状病毒在国内外暴发,造成了含氯消毒剂的大量使用。大量粗放地使用可能造成潜在的健康和生态危害。本文综述了含氯消毒剂不同应用方式和不同浓度水平在环境中的毒性特征,论述了含氯消毒剂在生物、生态毒性方面的影响。本文能够对合理有效地使用含氯消毒剂提供重要参考。

Abstract:

Chlorine-containing disinfectants are low-toxic, high bactericidal, cheap and widely used. They play an important role in reducing the contamination of pathogens and preventing infection. Recently, the outbreak of the novel coronavirus, 2019-nCoV has caused a great amount of chlorine-containing disinfectants to be used for environmental disinfection. However, the extensive use may cause potential health and ecological hazards. This paper summarized the application and toxicity of the chlorine-containing disinfectants under different chlorine doses and environmental conditions, and outlined the possible health and ecological risks. The study can provide a reference for properly using the chlorine-containing disinfectants.
